About us
Honestly? We're new.
We're a small team trying to put a little dot in the universe—by connecting home cooks with families who crave real ghar ka khana. No corporate kitchens, no factory vibes. Just your neighbour's kitchen and your neighbour's love.
We're not chasing the limelight or hunting for press—we're too busy making sure the dal tastes right. But if a journalist ever stumbles in and wants to write about us organically? We'd be chuffed. Chai's on us. From our first order to today, we've been quietly expanding across NCR—Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad—one home cook at a time.

Locations
We're a hybrid team with a hub in the NCR (Noida). We currently serve Delhi NCR and are expanding to more cities. Many roles support remote work across India—so you can build with us from wherever you call home.

One of the things that attracted me to Şefs was how mission-driven it was. It's inspiring to see so many people work so hard to do right by our community of home cooks and families.
As someone who grew up around home-cooked Indian food every day, I feel lucky to work every day helping cooks just like my family share their own recipes and culture with their neighbourhood.
Being able to work for a community of passionate Şefs—many of whom are women building their own businesses from home—is incredibly meaningful. Their stories are my 'why.'
