Community Guidelines

Şefs is built on trust and respect between customers, home cooks (Şefs), and our team. These guidelines explain what we expect from everyone on the platform.
1. For everyone
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats. We treat everyone with dignity.
- Be honest. Do not misrepresent yourself, your food, or your orders. Authenticity keeps our community safe.
- Communicate clearly. Reply to messages in a timely way. Clear communication avoids misunderstandings.
2. For Şefs (home cooks)
- Food safety. Follow local food safety rules and any training we provide. Use clean kitchens, fresh ingredients, and safe storage and packing.
- Accuracy. Describe dishes and ingredients accurately. Honour dietary and allergy information provided by customers.
- Reliability. Fulfil orders on time and communicate promptly if there is a delay or issue. Cancel only when necessary and as per our policies.
- Quality. Maintain the quality and hygiene standards we expect. We may inspect or review compliance.
3. For customers
- Fair behaviour. Place orders in good faith. Do not abuse refunds, reviews, or support.
- Respectful feedback. Reviews and messages should be honest and constructive. We do not tolerate abuse or false claims.
- Accurate details. Provide correct delivery address, contact number, and any dietary or allergy information so Şefs can serve you safely.
4. Prohibited conduct
We do not allow:
- Illegal activity, including sale of restricted or illegal items.
- Fraud, fake accounts, or manipulation of reviews or ratings.
- Harassment, bullying, or discrimination.
- Spam, unsolicited marketing, or misuse of contact details.
- Violation of food safety or hygiene requirements (for Şefs).
5. Enforcement
We may warn, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that violate these guidelines or our Terms of Service. Serious or repeated violations can lead to immediate removal and, where appropriate, reporting to authorities.
